Masjid Sultan akan mengadakan minggu maulid bermula esok 11hb - 15hb March. Sebagai memperingati salah satu dari dorongan nabi s.a.w. untuk berniaga terdapat 21 gerai menjual berbagai makanan dan barangan. Jika ada masa lapang sila datang bersama keluarga merasakan suasana meriah dan "kemelayuan" di daerah Kg Glam. Gerai bermula jam 10.00pg hingga 7.00mlm (terdapat juga gerai yg dibuka hingga 9mlm). Pada 14hb (Sabtu) akan diadakan kempen derma darah, bermula dari jam 10.00 hingga 4.00ptng. Sesiapa yang 'rasa' mempunyai darah berlebihan boleh lah mampir dan menderma darah sekali sebelum mengisi semula dgn 'darah2' baru di gerai-gerai makan berdekatan :0) Allah Musta'an. Choose from the range of activities listed below and sign up right away! 1) Milo Tryathlon (volunteer to be marshals) - Saturday, 7th March, 5.30am-2pm  2) Sizzling Dakwah 2.0 new media workshop - Saturday, 7th March, 9am-12.30pm  3) Rahsia Surah-surah Lazim - Saturday, 7th March, 9am-4pm  4) One Night Sunnah 2 - Saturday-Sunday, 7th-8th March, 3pm-11am  5) Feel the Splash (sisters only) - Saturday, 14th March, 9am-6pm  6) Islamic Thinkers & Islamic Thought Youth @L.I.V.E. workshop - Saturdays strating 8th March till 5th April, 3pm-6pm  Ever since there's such a thing called facebook, events are now advertised there, and so for more information on each of the events mentioned about, click on the name above each poster to be directed to the facebook page. Psst, if you have yet to create a facebook account, go create it now! Just abit of elaboration on the first event: Milo Tryathlon. 15 volunteers are needed to assist with various aspects of event marshaling on the day required at the site at 5.30am on race morning leave latest by 2 pm (we're not looking for participants). The organisers are giving each volunteer a compensation that includes: 1.) Token of Appreciation of $20 2.) Event tee 3.) CIP hours, (upon request) 4.) Subway lunch and beverages on the day 5.) 1 Free Pair of Crocs For this tryathlon, if you're interested to volunteer as a marshall, sms your name and age to 92229737.
